Jake Adams is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington Business School. His extensive industry experience includes his prior roles as Project Manager at Ryan Homes, Licensed Real Estate Agent with Jon Properties, and 10 years in the building industry.

Mike studied Business Management at the University of Maryland, College Park. He has over 30 years of industry experience with extensive local knowledge and will work with outside agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers during the pre-build, construction, and occupancy portions of the project. He holds JON Properties' Class A Contractor license and is a licensed Broker.

Jimmy is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington Business School. He has 18 years of experience in the building industry with both commercial and custom residential building. I was referred to AXIS Properties when I decided to look for a new investment property in Va last fall. My VA RE agent spoke very highly of them after a number of successful transactions, so I made the trip to Colonial Beach to see what they were building which turned into a WOW moment! Their residential home product line was what I felt was “spot on” for what the market was demanding at this time; sized right with a nice open floor plan, good quality construction, nice finishes, and priced right. To top it off, the street was lined with their craftsman style cottage homes, providing great curb appeal and a feeling of comfort and tranquility. I next met with the AXIS partners, Jimmy and Jake, and found them to be skilled and experienced.
